Shebaniah - Levite

Shebaniah was a Levite Leader who served under Nehemiah (Governor of Judah) who signed (sealed) a covenant with numerous others saying they would obey God's Law.

NOTE:
This Shebaniah is one of two mentioned in Neh 10 where the only difference between the two is that this one is also listed as a Leader of the Levites in Neh 9.
